to round the clock care.
Health Force clients range from premature babies to childcare to elderly.
Health Force understands that every
person is unique, with individual and often specific needs, and that’s
why we personally fit the service that best suits each client’s
needs by performing an assessment of each patient’s needs is performed,
free of charge.
Health Force also provides quality
extensive care that involves the skills of a Licensed Practical or Registered
Nurse to assist with medications and monitor complicated medical equipment.
Health Force's Registered Nurses visit
with clients on a regular basis to monitor their health, supervise the
care being given and to ensure the highest level of quality care is being
provided. |
