Each Health Force caregiver is thoroughly screened and must meet and adhere to our employment requirements:

  • Background Screening
  • PCA/HHA Certification
  • TB Screening
  • Office of Inspector General Registry Check

Health Force provides annual training classes and offers certification courses for PCA/HHAs who are not currently certified.
